Do I have to be a caterer or event planner to book a party with you?
No. We routinely work with individuals who are planning a wedding or event. However, we also work with some of Dallas’ best hotels, country clubs, ranches and venues as well as being hired by caterers, event planners and bridal consultants. May I serve more than one flavor?
Yes. We’re happy to serve up to three different flavors. We also offer non-alcoholic, kosher and gluten free selections.
Do I need special electrical power?
No. Our equipment operates with standard electrical outlets and our staff assures there is no interruption of service.
What if I have a large group?
Our service is customized to handle any size function. We've served 400 drinks in 90 minutes and 5,000 in 4 hours!
What if I'm having a small party?
Our frosted beverage service has an 80 drink minimum. However, we also rent frozen drink machines.
If my client wants to serve Espresso and Cappuccino, can your service be brought into a home or other non-commercial venue?
Yes. A Barista grinds freshly-roasted beans, Regular or Decaf, on location as each drink is made to order. In addition to cappuccinos and lattes, we also offer flavors like Mocha, Ghirardelli, Hazelnut, Amaretto, Irish Cream for a full gourmet coffee service.
How can I use your service if my event is booked at a venue with a liquor license?
We work directly with your facility to coordinate the details including how much alcohol is needed for the number of drinks we’re planning to serve. The alcohol is then provided to us by the facility and is included in the charges from the venue.
If I want to serve cocktails with alcohol at a venue that doesn’t have a liquor license, who provides the alcohol?
Because the facility doesn’t have a license, you are allowed to provide your own alcohol. We will give you an estimate of the types and amount of alcohol needed for the number of drinks we’re planning to serve.
